Used their service for a transfer from nursing home to residence. The boss was attentive and helpful. Very reasonable fee. The driver and assistant turned up early, were patient and friendly. Highly recommended.

The team from Goodwill brought my boyfriend back from JB very efficiently and safely! It took 35 minutes from the call to make arrangements to the time he got picked up by the malaysian paramedic team and another 50mins to reach Raffles hospital. The person that I was liaising with on the phone was very understanding about the urgency and was very patient and friendly in assisting. My boyfriend was also very impressed by both the malaysian and singapore paramedics service, especially on how professional and nice they are. Thank you so much again Goodwill!!

I’ve seen this ambulance company around the island. What horrified me was seeing 3 ambulance parked at Changi area and the staff believe to be Drivers and paramedic drinking alcohol in public view, with members of public watching them, the staff even tried to provoke joggers/park users after they are tipsy. Even after police came and screened, but after the police left they carried on drinking. What’s worst and scary is that my colleagues have seen them drinking at Seletar park, with a Chinese female paramedic drinking and making noise. Understanding that during this pandemic it has caused a lot of stress on healthcare workers. However I believe as a retired healthcare worker, we have to stay professional and be well to attend to patient not drink driving with drunk paramedic attending to patient causing major safety concerns. If anyone who wishes to engage this ambulance provider or are being engaged by please be careful and think again, they are intimidating. To this day they are still seen drinking inside their ambulance in public areas.
