Have chatted with them multiple times since then, and they've always been patient and responsive. Great after sales service.

β β β β β Bought a custom gaming desktop from them in 2014 and although I intended to spend more, was advised that I did not need some higher end parts. In 2019, my motherboard finally died. Called them up again and they came within the same day, and provided an old motherboard model that they kept for customers like me. For $150, my desktop which can still run most games, can be used for a few more years. They honored my expired 3Y next day service warranty because it was unutilized. Also, I like their philosophy of not selling overpriced gaming rigs that do not deliver value for money. Note: No operating hours posted. Call them first.
