★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working from home using my personal laptop prior to circuit breaker period. The keyboard started not being as responsive which was affecting my work productivity. I contacted William and he was able to come to my flat, pick up my my laptop and take it away for repair. He was able to replace the keyboard, check for some issues with the motherboard and return the laptop to me about 24 hours later. His communication was excellent and he is a very professional and friendly guy. I thoroughly recommend his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following a review I saw (about BytesPC not having a physical location and making housecalls instead), we called him up about our HP touchscreen laptop with a malfunctioning keyboard due to a coffee spill. Firstly he said to just assess it for 2 days to ensure it hadn't affected other functions (such as the hard drive). After this, he personally came and picked it up, replaced the keyboard and returned it the next day. He remained true to his quote of $250. I was really impressed with his communication, his transparent pricing , his quality service and overall kind manner. Definitely recommend BytesPC!

Not only did he have time, he was able to pick it up, diagnose the issue, source a new part, replace it and deliver it back to me within 3 hours. Fantastic and fast service at an affordable price. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop was having issues with the LCD Panel, The Founder, William not only gave his professional advice after the consultation, he also quoted a very reasonable price for the panel. Subject to parts availability, he managed to fixed my laptop all in a single afternoon (about 2 to 3 hours) which is very fast and efficient. Will bring my laptop to him if there are issues again. I decide to give myself a chance so I called him and he is able to come to my house to collect on the same day. After the repaired, he delivered to me and ensured the computer is working properly before he leaves my house. He is proactive and provides an extremely peace of mind professional service to me with very reasonable charge (collect & deliver). It's just take a 1 day job. Super fast!??? I will definitely recommend you to use his service.

He collected from and delivered my laptop to me. Provided me with recommendations of different types of hard disk that I can replace with. His work is reasonably priced. ?
