★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A miscom has led to me ordering 2 ala carte pizza rather than the duo package. After realizing the difference in prices, i asked if i could pay the difference in price for the package. She didn’t allow me and said i can’t change? But isn’t it still just 2 pizzas?
What kind of company doesn’t let their customers pay? Whether it she is lazy to prep or the system is so garbage it doesn’t allow people to add an additional amount?
I’ve worked in multiple restaurants in my life and i have always been able to add an additional amount when customers want to pay more for various reasons. So i don’t understand the issue.
I’ll take note when it comes to paying in this restaurant in the future. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I ordered Gopizza Lau Pa Sat for takeaway. Have not eaten it yet, so no comment on the quality. However, the service at Lau Pa Sat is a disgrace. I was there around lunchtime and I simply ask if the chicken pizza is spicy and the lady serving me became impatient and walk away to attend to her pizza. Later, when she buzzed for me to collect my pizza, she served another person first instead of me when I appeared first.
So even if the pizza taste good, I still will not go back for a second trip.
Her service sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a set meal with a pizza, wings and a drink. Tried the fire pizza and it was really spicy, but also super shiok! Love the thin crust and the crispy edges, am quite impressed at the quality of the pizza. Will be back to try their other flavours ?
