Gotcha Hub

the person i liaised with is jimmy, the owner of this company. initially his quotations are priced clearly, but after everything is done and installed, the total prices increased by a few hundred. i had my whole flat renovated and so whole place is re-cabled and everything were to be laid new including new circuit breaker box. I conveyed to him very clearly what i needed to be done, the location of the switches, location of heater, etc. During the renovation, i have come to noticed alot of difficulties in communication with him. Either he does not reply the messages or he changes the plan we had without consulting with me, hence the end job is what he wants and not what i want, as simple as the location of my switches, he took things into his own hands and made the changes without my approval which really is very disrespectful. He was also very rude to my interior designer's carpenters, and refused to cooperate with them, giving them verbal abuse. His workmanship is poor and lamps and lighting fixtures were slanted or misaligned. Now the circuit breaker box is making a buzzing sound everytime the heater and oven are in use. it is scaring me because it feels like i''m hearing electricity passing through . I''m not sure how reliable his hardware are and I wished i never hired him just because he was slightly cheaper than the rest. My advice to whoever is reading, pls think twice, saving that 300 is not worth the daily fear and anxiety that i am facing now
