★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very fun experience spending an entire day baking soft buns and sweet breads at Grá. Instructor Dhashan was knowledgeable, dishing out technical details before delving into the practical parts of baking. He was patient in answering all sorts of questions, so come prepared to clear all of your baking queries with him. Overall this course is highly recommended, able to make use Skills Future credits for this too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great baking academy to learn basics and even a variety of recipes! Chef Shiny is patient and engages with the class on a 1 to 1 basis. I enjoyed the class she conducted and I highly recommend others who are interested to pick up a new skill or even to hone their baking techniques to visit here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 4-day gumpaste course with Shiny was excellent! Professional, hands on instruction with attention to detail for each student. The flowers were beautiful and getting to take home the guide book, tool set, and cutters allows you to recreate the flowers again. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended the sweet and soft bread and buns class today and enjoyed the lessons very much. Very hands on baking experience and instructor was very clear and detailed in his explanations of the ingredients which we learnt a lot. Did many different types of soft buns... highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great learning experience at Grá Baking Academy. Both chef Dharsan and Shiny are professional and communicative with the students. I most enjoyed the practical part whereby we are well guided and given important tips to improve our technique. They will take their time to answer any questions you may have. Moreover, the baking studio is clean and bright. The fact that we have to clean up after what we have used is more than reasonable. If we practise good housekeeping at home, why can't we do it outside? I had done 3 workshops there and I'll definitely sign up again when I next return to Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bread baking class today at Gra baking academy. Lunch was around 1 hour and the entire class was from 9am-5pm. We baked around 20++ bread per pax. It will be more fun if you bake with your friends. Instructor is friendly as well. Highly recommended if you are new to baking.
