Booked A Grab driver, wasted 35 minutes despite very clear instructions, the App doesn’t recognise address properly but still send very detailed how to get there very disappointing!

To the management of grab, I ordered food that condiments seems expired. Your staff told me that the other 4 butter are consumable. Hence I would like to invite the management or the CEO to arrange a timing for me to bring it to your office for you to consume.

I used to like Grab. But now share same experience as others here. Filed report twice for overcharging me $6.00. No response since 3 weeks ago. Grab is no 1 scammer in Singapore. If you steal $1 million from 1 person you go to jail. If you steal $1 each from one million people, you get same money but don’t go to jail. This must be Grab’s latest business model. People have no time calling and waiting for response over a few dollars. Lol!

Beware of overs charging to credit card, more than what was shown at the time of booking. Normally, I don’t check each transaction value in credit card. When I booked a MPV ride in the early morning hours, it showed $63+ (night robbery?).. Since I didn’t have a choice, took it. In credit card, it was charged $80+. I was surprised and wrote to them. They came with excuses for charging extra. I sent their website publication informing that all surcharges are included in the amount shown at the time of booking. Then, they disappeared.. Still no refund of the amount stolen from credit card.. It is time to start an appeal to government & movement to stop ‘dynamic pricing’ - using the nationwide data, monopolistic companies like Grab are looting citizens.. Pay in cash; take screenshot of quoted amount to avoid excess billing - stop paying thru credit card.,

Grabfood is unreliable and low service standard. Understandably this month orders may take longer but on the Grab app, it just shows “Order is in Kitchen” and the delivery time gradually extends until its an hour off the original time. It appears like the delay is due to the restaurant, but then my order can still be easily cancelled via the AI chatbot, so I guess it is lack of riders but the status is really misleading for the customer. Twice it happened and ruined dinner plans…

If I could give 0 star rating, I would do that without any hesitation. My partner ordered food from my Grab account and he forgot to put my unit number in the address. I wasn’t aware. The Grab delivery guy couldn’t reach me so he disposed our food. I then reached out to Grab support via their chat service to ask for a solution. They took 20 minutes to tell me that there wasn’t any solution and the delivery guys was following their policy. While I was still typing, they pretended that they cared about my feeling by asking me if I was still connected. 2 seconds later, they closed my chat claiming that I was no longer responding. Great customer service. I wish your share price would drop to 0.

Dear Grab, it's been a week now since we reported the case, and NO response from you, NO update from you. we have replied to your automated email supposedly asking for more info, AND waited on your chat support for over 1.5 hours just to get an update, ended up talking to an agent who gave us scripted answers, and yet again got a promise to hear back again the next day, and yet again NO response. It's safe to say that your customer service is non existent, atrocious, and utterly unacceptable. The driver delivered to an address that actually doesn't even exist (our fault cos of a typo in the street number). But the address didn't even exist because we provided a unit number, and that building that the street number pointed to didn't even have that unit number, because it didn't have that number of floors! According to your customer service, the driver left it with a contractor that was at the location, who claimed to be accepted goods on behalf of the landlord! Did he confirm the recipient was the same was what we provided?? Why did he not call us to check on the address?? Why can't you even provide me with a proof of delivery?? Given the little information I've been given, I can only concluded that our goods have been stolen! By your driver, by Grab, by the contract worker? who knows! but someone has illegal possession of our goods! Your promise of a Grab Express Insurance up to $500 is clearly an empty promise since you're not even responding to incidents being reported. Thank you so much Grab for all your help, but since you won't even provide me with a suitable response, I have no choice but to take this to the authorities.

Do not support Grab if you want Anthony and Chloe to buy a 40 million house only in her name. This suggests the vote of confidence he has in his company. If anything goes wrong, at least they have the house to her name. Look for better jobs, grabbers.
