Shopee Express is the worst delivery service ever. My place is a condo surrounded by CCTVs and yet the delivery agent still has the courage to simply mark my parcel as "Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Buyer Not On Location" at the end of his shift around 7pm without ever visiting my place for 2 consecutive days. I was at home all day. Customer service cannot give any promise when the parcel will be delivered again. Terrible!

Very disappointed with this kind of service as a platinum customer, been recently order monitor from shopee, I already made the payment via Grab Pay Card end up still reflect as not pay / pending to pay, I had been charge $340 for nothing, look for helpdesk they told me the order been cancelled and invalid so it will not charged, then close my ticket, I ask them to follow up, then reply me same thing close my ticket again, what kind of customer support is this?! Really want me to walk in Shopee HQ to complain then only can get my refund back???!

Writing this review from a seller’s perspective. Received a few orders and tried to ship them out, the default courier suddenly became SpX even though I had previously set it to J&T Express. After a few calls with their live agents, turns out for whatever reason, it was reset for all sellers without us knowing. Called Shopee to arrange pick up for my bulky orders, was told that they’ll come on a certain day. Did not come, called them again, did not come on the second arranged day. Now I’m told to self drop off those many bulky orders at their pick up point; at my own expense. Horrible seller experience. Calling their agents seem to be useless as nothing scheduled ever works. Gives sellers penalty points for own courier’s incompetence. Would give 0 stars if possible. Don’t do last mile delivery if not competent to do so.

There is a reason why Shopee has so many 1 star reviews, and that’s because they simply don’t care about the user’s experience. I purchased some screen protectors for my phone and the package was supposedly out for delivery on Monday. Although I was home all day on Monday and I was informed no one was at home and the delivery attempt was unsuccessful which is absolutely not true. As I’m writing this, the CS has been of absolutely no help, telling me that β€œYour package will come before 30 May” when the deadline is information I already know from the app and all I want to know is will my package come today, or not. It’s such a simple question and they can’t even answer it which is a joke for such a big company like Shopee. If anything, I’m losing interest in supporting Shopee due to how unhelpful their CS is and how convoluted and vague their replies are. Getting an answer from them that’s remotely even helpful is so ridiculously hard that it’s not even worth trying. A company that can dump lots of money into advertising and publicity can’t even bother to invest in having a better package tracking system and improving their in house courier service. Utterly embarrassing. Companies like Amazon are prime examples of how package tracking and delivery in an online shopping platform should be. Shopee is seriously lagging behind the industry in this department.

Edit to 3 stars: Shopee finally refunded my item that I have returned. It took a long time as item is declared missing by the courier. Please improve process and system (on the courier) to better safeguard the customers. Provide simple and clear step by step (1 to 10) instructions to the customers on the return process. Also review the language used in the instructions e.g. delivered and picked up have different meanings.

Please refund me $539. Items already returned back in Jul 1 Shopee Agent didn't addressed missing items Buyer highlighted with screenshot proof of Seller admitting didn't sent Buyer in Shopee Chat. Shopee Agent Close dispute,return purchase without proof or explanation given to buyer (Refer dispute discussion)& Force buyer to pay $539 eventhough purchases was returned within Shopee Guaranteed period(buyer return within 72 hrs after delivery)because there are missing item eg manual+ buyer don't know how to use the item, seller wasn't helpful. What is the point of having Shopee Guaranteed when it is not practiced and implemented by Shopee? How can Shopee Force the Buyer to pay for items that WAS NOT use + Buyer return Within Shopee Guaranteed period because Buyer don't know how to use, when ask Seller for help, seller wasn't responsive nor helpful. No explanation nor proof was given to Buyer when the dispute was closed by Shopee Agent Please REFUND me $569 & DO NOT REPEAT DELIVERY TO ME AGAIN

i am happy with the prompt service from Shopee. But I don't like it that couriers will leave packages at the door and go away without letting is know. Sometime the package is left there for many hours, could easily be stolen. Please ask couriers to ring doorbell or knock on the door.

So far my purchases from Shopee have been pretty on time and well-received. I do believe that credit should be given where credit is due. That being said, I had been a satisfied customer until I made a return, a local return, and it took OVER 1 MONTH to finally get a confirmation of my return. A confirmation- not even the refund. I had sent back my purchased items very promptly, no less than a day upon receiving them as I straight away knew I purchased the wrong item. Had not even opened the packaging. Since then, customer service was erratic - I had been sent multiple emails from multiple customer service agents about my return even after I had shipped it back to the warehouse. One even offered free pick up of the items. About 4 weeks after making the return, I asked for confirmation of the status. Again, the response was to wait as they process my refund. And finally an email came, confirming it. Overall, 1.5 months for a simple local return -order ID 211113E07UEE24 Very sorely disappointed in the returns process and customer service. I’ve had much better experiences with other smaller online merchants.
