★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm with grab since 2017. My current car is from grabrental from 2019 till now. I like grabrental is like closer to home to the hirer, useing grab platform with a grabrental car. The system grabrental use are very confusing. Since 2019 till now I'd recontract 2x. The confusing part is everytime I recontract the rental when up even I'm using the same car. From $57+ to now $69+ and this was change from $73+ after my appeal to them. Shouldn't that be the other way round? The older the car the rental should be lower, but grabrental is the other way round the older the car higher will be the rental???
Beside this grabrental give fantastic service that's why I'm still renting from grabrental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been with grabrental for the past 1yr plus. I was thinking to give up the car as the rental have increase instead of decrease and approach other company for a brand new car. Then Mr Jermain Lee assisted me. He is so helpful an patience with me as i ask him lots of question. He even help me to do all breakdown and explained to me in details all benefits and excess insurance. I am so happy with his service and decide to recontract another year. He is really a patience n helpful man…thank u Mr Jermain

For instance to source for riders(passengers) for the driver, as soon as a cancellation occurred, very quickly gets a replacement. Sometimes organised events with good incentives for the GrabCar drivers. Offered family insurance choices and rob in bankers to offered short term loans. Thereby cushion our financial burdens.Very prompt in their payment ? …. I will continue driving grab as long as l m fit to do so. ThkQ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grab rental service team by Esteem after office hour service is good by their duty staff. Last Sunday encountered water Tempetature faulty. Service staff managed to get rectified with new part within 1 hour instead of next working day. I am grateful that I could continue with grabbing service again without any losses of time.
Hopefully Grab can have more choices of new electric & Hydrid car soon. Currently has not enough choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfair re contract policy...existing hirer who wishes to re-contract will have to pay higher rates while all millage car from grab is cheaper... They would instead take back the car and rent it out to others, then keep their existing hirer happy.
What will you feel rent brand new car from GR used for one year would like to re-contract, but you have to pay higher rates for it.

After 4 years I've recent recontracted a new car from them as well.
