★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a sofa + Dinning table + chairs set with them. Sofa quality was good, however, the dinning table and chairs are bad. Alignment issue, cracked boards. After sales service is horrible with no follow up and have to chase them for replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered a sofa-set with them, before the order was placed, fabric was verified to be found in their KL center. Arrangement was to deliver before Christmas and if possible 1 week before.
After making deposit and following up today, I have been told they don’t have stock in KL and the delivery date now is in mid Feb.
Very dodgy service and just want to promise without the ability to fulfill the order. Given them 1 more day to review and get back, else return the advance. Horrible horrible experience!
Update:
Their production manager called and sorted the issue. She was really great even with after service. I’m happy with the product overall. Taking time to provide this update to make sure I have used it for couple of months before the update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a white customised sofa with fabrics from Spain for its catproof quality. It arrived with red stains from the small cushions. We had to chase them for a repair/change and its almost 2 mths and we have yet to get it back. Too much overpromises and they refused to take it back and refund us. Dawn their manager is also hopeless as she too insist to make another promise to deliver the sofa cover in Jan next year! Failing to do so only will she arrange for a refund. Made a fool out of us waiting for the sofa cover so we will send the sofa back to their showroom and warn people from buying anything from them! Lousy shoddy workmanship.
Update:
Dawn the manager has visited us to look into the issue and apologies were exchanged. We agreed to wait til 13 Jan for the sofa cover and will be refunded if it fails again.
