β β β β β I'd recommend some other provider if you're planning on taking your CEI course. Their administration is poor, material is not updated, they can't even provide a simple Wi-Fi password so I can send out an email for work.

β β β β β Bring your money somewhere else. The admin staff Joan is so rude and unaccommodating. Their office is opened 8am to 6pm but insisted that collection of materials is at 3pm with no room for negotiation. That is not how appointment works, Joan. Nobody is free in the middle of the day on a work day. And nobody is going to take leave just to come and entertain your ridiculous time lines. Act as if we are being paid to take the course from this place. Really just take the course anywhere else.
