Emailed company customer service July, Aug, & Sep. Put in dispute with PayPal. It will cost me $77.50 to ship the puzzles back to China to get a refund of $44.98. Canceled dispute today. *RIP OFF*

In order to resolve the dispute, the company wants me to return the pocket pouches at my cost in order to give me a refund. The postage for this is $69.00 Can for a $59.00 US refund. What a rip off! Will NEVER deal with this company again!!!!

Advertised as (Buy Two Free Shipping）Garden Kneeler And Seat - Protects Your Knees Father's Day gift - ?GARDEN POUCH WITH HANDLE POCKE $29.00 USD. They will not refund unless you send the pouches back — postage cost $25.50. A TOTAL SCAM company. ( I did order 2 at $58 and it took 2 months to get) one star is too high

Filed a dispute with PayPal but PayPal ruled in seller's favor since seller had a tracking number. A little 12x12 plastic bag is what they received. Not big enough for grills. They are trying to appeal PayPals decision but can't reach anyone. Seller involved has 3rd party fill the orders from overseas. Very disgusted. Scam!! I'm not finished filling complaints yet.

I ordered a floating crock head that was sold for $81 after fees. When it arrived (weeks later) it was NOT as advertised (all the way from China). It also did NOT work. I purchased using PayPal. I requested reimbursement. I was offered 20% back. I explained that it didn't work so I would only accept a full refund. After several attempts I had no luck so I filed a complaint with PayPal. They were, as always very helpful. Once it was all said and done 4 months later I was able to get a full refund but had to ship (at my expense) back to China. That was approx $25. All said, you get what you get when you trust some of these online shops.
