Very bad after sale maintenance support

I’ve got to say this is the worst service company ever. Be it office worker or manager, so bad attitude towards their client. Service hotline no one pick up, and when pick up, told them we need them to rectify our problems today if not it will affect our business but end up keep delaying for a few days. Alrdy happen a few times and we ended up changing contractor. Seriously to all out there, don’t waste time contacting this company at all.

Mr Andy & Ms Yumi, patiently guided us with excellent walk through their machines in their warehouse to make sure we truly understand the use of it. Ms Yumi after sales service was fast & efficient. Most importantly that they provided us with product demonstration to let us fully understand the machine usage comfortably before we purchase any from them.

I’m the partner of Fried Rice SG at Royal Square Novena. A new start up brand. We got our customized induction wok, exhaust hood & deep fryer from Greensmart. Being a new start up company, we received tremendous support and help from Andy and his team. Be it for questions on how to operate and maintain the equipments properly, reply was swift and actions for on site was prompt as well. The after sales service was amazing and I definitely recommend him to all who wants a good and reliable vendor for F&B equipments. Look for Andy. ??
