We engaged Ko Hong Construction to undertake the renovation works to our new home in early 2021, amidst the restrictions and difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Despite the many additional layers of complexity arising from that (what with the limited numbers allowed in the workplace, supply chain slow downs, manpower shortages and so on), Ko Hong Construction delivered our project on time, allowing us to move in as planned. Ko Hong Construction was reliable and responsive. Ariel, our main contact person, was always reachable to hear us out. Dave, the person in charge, provided solutions and advice based on his years of experience in the industry. The workmen on site were polite, friendly, hardworking and responsible. Equally important was Ko Hong Construction’s willingness to come back after completion of the main project to do touch up and rectification works.
