β β β β β Love their bento options and plenty of vegan choices. Hubby and I eat here when Iβm in the mood for something lighter, and there is always plenty of seating (even when the food court downstairs is packed). Their pumpkin is really tasty, and my hubby recommends the noodles as well although I havenβt tried.

β β β β β I highly recommend the food and services of Greendot. My interaction with Yuping (Paya Lebar outlet) has been really wonderful. ??
There was an initial confusion, but Yuping did excellent service recovery and ensured that the food was delivered to me in a timely manner.
I continued to order from Greendot the next two days. Each time, Yuping was so helpful and would follow-up.
Food was delicious, both vegetarians and non-vegetarians in my family enjoyed it very much. We impressed by the quality and service we had received.
Most of all, thank you Yuping. I am aware she deliberately came early to work today 22.2.22, just to ensure that everything was as I ordered my meal to be delivered in the morning. Also appreciate Greendot staff behind the scenes, who supported Yuping to ensure that they reached me on time.

β β β β β Am a frequent patron of this outlet - for its variety of vegetarian food options. Photo shows one of the bento sets - where the pumpkin is chosen out of a selection of side dishes. The rest of the food items on the bento box are pre-selected.
Seats outside the outlet are quite limited, and can run out quite easily during peak hours. Fortunately, thereβs a fair bit of space/seats within the outlet.
Staffβs service is understandably average during peak hours, but is generally alright otherwise.
You can either order using the QR code that is displayed on each table, or through queuing. You can take a look at the dishes available if youβre ordering a bento box while queuing (if thatβs an advantage). This experience may vary, but I got my order earlier than a friend who queued.
Price-wise: Expensive (in my opinion) at almost 9 dollars.
Would still recommend others to try at least once - given its variety!

Ordered this for a last min dinner. They have a good variety of vegetarian food. And the food portion wise is good but they forgot to put fruits into one of my osmanthus jelly.
Food packaging wise needs improvement. Though using paper boxes is more environmental friendly but not wise for dishes with loads of sauce. After food reached my place - which is about 15mins drive, all the sauce in 2 of the dishes already seeped through the takeaway box packaging into the plastic bag. What makes matter worse, there was a hole in the plastic bag. Needless to say, house floor dirty, everywhere dirty and my 2 dishes no sauce lor......

Value: everything half filled. What value?
Came here last month to dabao, 3/4 filled.. Went back to dabao some alacarte dishes today. Everything is half filled. The brocolli counted only 5pcs lol..... Think order the bento also same number of pcs. It's getting worse. Not sure if it's only this outlet. Will not go back.

β β β β β Had the Taiwanese spicy noodles and ordered a bunch of mains - rendang mushroom my all time fav, the soy nuggets and broccoli.
This place is always excellent quality and taste when you're in the mood to be vegan!
