★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheryl is a passionate and jovial teacher, her welcoming gestures and laughter makes learning all the more fun and relaxing.
She could also pick out the habits I didn't even know I had and corrected them with appropriate exercises and tips. Recommend her to anybody who wants to learn singing in a fun and enjoyable manner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great school! They say what makes a community great is the people in it. Learnt vocals taught by Cheryl who is a bubble of cheer and humility even with more than 15 years of performance experience from SG’s iconic Noise Music Mentorship as music artiste to gigs. Many vocal teachers care a lot about technique which is good but singing comes from the soul too and Cheryl cares to get to know you on top of working on the voice holistically from breath>phonation>resonance>articulation which all affects the sound produced.
Always thought my problem was with resonance but learnt that breath regulation and straight singing through larynx (not forced control) creates resonance which I already somewhat had. Just needed to let go and practice more with some solid exercises. She was also really kind to link me up with a mentor in my career. Really nurturing the best you can be. And you can jam at the studio when you want too!:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started taking vocal lessons ? with Cheryl through a friend referral. I love how the lessons are structured and customised to each individual's learning ability.
I am always having fun in every lesson discovering new things about vocal and how to use my own voice. Cheryl is passionate and patient with students which I really love about. ✨️
Studio's environment is also very cosy and other teachers there are friendly too! Overall, I feel that I had improved alot from when I started learning. I look forward to exploring and growing alongside the studio!
Groove also offer other music lessons (drum, piano guitar, etc), this is definitely the right place if you're looking for somewhere to kickstart your music journey!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ took vocal lessons for a month under teacher cheryl. she’s really encouraging and patient!! really friendly too:) although i only had time for 4 lessons, teacher cheryl made sure to teach me as much as possible. she teaches a range of techniques and makes it easy to understand. really glad to find a school (and teacher) where i feel comfortable singing and exploring my voice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended their ukulele workshop hosted by Shawn who was an amazing instructor especially for beginners like me. I later signed up for classes with teacher AJ, who's very patient and kind. From what I heard he actually teaches piano lessons and is very experienced. Will recommend! It's a lovely school !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy and comfortable music school that offers singing, guitar, drums, piano lessons as well as workshops! I took up singing lessons with Cheryl approximately 6 months ago and lessons has always been fun and enjoyable, lessons has never been dull or awkward! Cheryl picked out some of the bad habits that I have been constantly making and corrected me with the usage of proper techniques. With these proper techniques and her guidance, I have definitely improved and I strongly recommend Cheryl to anybody who is interested to learn singing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful music school with a great community of teachers. Teachers talk to students like friends, I was a bit surprised at first because I learn the guitar somewhere nearby my home in 2019 and it really just feels like going to a clinic where I'm in and the next thing I know I'm out the door. No engagement whatsoever. It's really different here. The little things matter and this school do them to make a difference to the experience. Genuine and kind place.
I definitely highly recommend the guitar lessons here if you're looking to learn the guitar. Esepcially guitar teachers Isaac and Philip! <3
They also have piano, drums, singing, ukulele and bass classes.
