★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a digital safe from them in 2014 which is now locked unfortunately after "1 year" warranty period.
We are now stuck with a safe that can't open and the only way around suggested by Grupp is to break open the safe at a cost and then buy a new safe at an additional cost since the broken one cannot be fixed by them.
We are left with no other choice only 3 years after the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the sales service from the Toa Payoh outlet, what matter most is that Sales person was very patient when being asked about the features and functionality, She did a very detailed explaination and even go extra miles to show me show unique features of that particular product which I bought. I ended up buying a higher end model. Would highly recommend!!
