★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sent photos of the card to explain the type of card before heading down. did not say anything about the photos and the card even after asking twice, just said can come. Took the time to head down all the way for him to look at the card and tell me he is unable to duplicate. Why couldn't he tell me after looking at the photos sent? or at least he can tell me the photos not clear must come down to clarify instead of just saying "can come".

I've been waiting for more than three hours. It didn't matter to wait. However, I was disappointed by the service that kept lying and avoiding the phone call, saying that it was almost done and it will be short. My schedule wouldn't have been ruined if you had been honest with me from the beginning.
The key works well. But, I'm not going to here again. If you want to do it here, call them in advance and then go.

Gave me directions to reach there. Moreover he promptly called and checked if the card worked. Very happy to find him.

Advertise the duplication for condo access card for $10. Sent pictures on WhatsApp and told me it's roughly $15-$20.
Reached the place, he told me that it will cost $30.
He brought the key to his residence to "check" the price but I am not sure if he has duplicated my access card during that time.
