Very rude guy manning the shop, black face, crappy atitude.. Doesnt even thank the customer during payment even when i smile and said thank you! Worst of all, prices are expensive.. selling $10 for Nippon spray paint where high-end shops like home-fix selling only at $7

Came over based on the reviews but service was not even worth a single star. Waited for 5 minutes with my family and when we finally managed to flag down the sales guy (late thirties), he was like "I am busy". Waited again for him to put down his stuff. When he walk by again, we told him that we want to grab a can of paint and wanted to confirm some questions prior to buying, he just say choose from here (points to Nippon paint brochure). I told him that we need it for wooden table, he just cut me off and say that it is the same and to refer back to the same wall color brochure. Told him that I NEED IT FOR WOODEN surface and he finally heard me before saying varnish or paint. I said varnish and asked if I should paint or spray, he just points me to choose the color before walking off... I walked off as well and ended up buying the paint from Bedok Mall DIY shop on promotion for free gift as well. Old is not gold, and with this kind of service, we will not be bothered to come again.

3 star cause the uncle nt friendly. I hope to at least give me some opinions for the stuff I bought. Spend near $100 there. Asked some question which he doesn't seem keen to answer.

Super helpful staff and very knowledgeable. Came in looking for a kitchen sink faucet and he helped me figure the most economical replacement and has all the parts I needed. No need to shop around. Love the old store feel. Highly recommended. Cash only.

Can probably buy any Nippon paint color here. Came here as it is near my house. Unfortunately unfriendly service!!! Questions are unwillingly answered. Will never return this place. Nippon should carefully choose their dealers who represent them.

Came here this afternoon to buy some paint and painting products as the shop is near my new house. They are a hardware store which specializes in selling paint from Nippon Paint, Berger and Dulux. Apart from paints, they have the usual hardware stuffs too . As the store is filled with many things, they only allow 1 customer into the store at a time. Customers can also ask for the items they want through the barrier, and the staff will get it for them. I bought some stuff for painting as well as the paint and sealer for my service yard area.
