This shop got all kinds of wire, cable, connectors, fasteners, wall anchors, and lots more other components needed for DIY house reno. Also got plenty of tools, glue, etc. It is stuffed from floor to ceiling. Recommend to visit in case you can't find elsewhere what you are looking for.

Good variety of electrical products, bought alot of switches and lights. Have been buying for many years. Good buy!

regretted entering this store at 166 marsiling. the shop owner (some elderly uncle) has attitude problem and seems to dislike Indians. He was very rude to me and definitely a racist. I disappointed with the treatment. The auntie only cared about playing her mobile phone. do not recommend

I went to this store few weeks ago. Prior to that, I actually went to their other store at Kranji and the service there was good. The uncle whom I think he is the store owner is extremely rude 狗眼看人低. Worst still, none of the people from this store has good knowledge in electrical. Very bad experience there. I will not recommend to buy from this store at 166 Woodlands.

Very well stocked electronics shop. Had everything I needed for my diy living room reno. Uncle was helpful in recommending the best kdk fan for the size of my home and budget. Will be back again soon.

This shop owner is SO RUDE. Way of his speaking is VERY ANNOYING and made us feel bad. Must show respect to customer.

I was here to enquire about drill bit. There were 2 people tending to the front of the stall, only 1 bothered to ask what I wanted. After asking halfway about what drill bit would be suitable, the person attending to me saw his friend/colleague entering the ship and decided to chit chat with him, laughing to each other while ignoring my questions. The other person tending to the stall, an old man continued chilling and doing nothing to assist. I tried to be patient and waited awhile, after they finished having fun, before I repeated my questions he turned his head to me and told me to just go to other shops and ask instead. There are a lot of older shops behaving in such manner just because the buyer is not making large orders or buying products that are worth hundreds to thousands of dollars. However they also lack the capacity to understand that there are many people like me who prefer to try buying smaller items to have a feel on the service rendered, if I do have something urgent that requires fixing one day or need to buy a large machinery, or even having a business that requires collaboration, I would definitely remember my experience with this store and avoid it at all cost. It was an extremely rude and frustrating experience. No one has the right to be looked down on.

Bad tempered Uncle, owner of shop is extremely rude and disrespectful. He is only a bit friendly when you buy bulk. This shop serves mainly contractors and is not short of business, that’s why the owner couldn’t be bothered with service and basic attitude. Buy at your own risk!
