โ โ โ โ โ The service rendered by PNSG is prompt, warm and pleasant. Hassle free and they tried to accommodate to my requests for AM or PM session. I had been assigned with Brenda who has vast experience in this field. She is able to shrink my tummy after every binding session. And she is very punctual and friendly. I enjoy every massage session with her. Thank you Brenda!

โ โ โ โ โ Had the best premium post natal massage experience, thanks to Nina!
She managed to reduce my water retention and soothe my back aches within the first few days. She also helped to clear my clogged ducts and prevent breast engorgement which was honestly amazing - not only did this provide relief for the pain and swelling I experienced, but it also boosted my breast milk supply after each massage. Thanks to the massages and the belly binding, I've also lost 10kg and getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Nina also taught me how to massage my little one - she did a demo on him on her last day and he thoroughly enjoyed the session with her too.
For anyone looking for the best post natal massage experience, I highly recommend requesting for Nina!

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to thank Julia who was assigned as my masseuse for my postnatal massage sessions. She was always punctual and arrived earlier than the appointed time and sometimes even had to wait for me to complete my breastfeeding before commencing the massages. She is extremely friendly, skilled, patient and knowledgable, always checking in to make sure i was comfortable and provided a pain-free massage (even at the breast area). thank you so much for everything! i highly recommend her :)

โ โ โ โ โ I had signed up for the 10 sessions post natal massage and was so glad I did. My masseuse was Ms Julia, who really helped to relieve the knots and kinks after birth and was also really friendly, professional and punctual! I enjoyed the sessions very much and the binding also helped my recovery ?? the massage bed was very comfortable and all the equipment were delivered to my house with no hassle. I liked that I could do my massage on the portable massage bed provided instead of on my own bed as I didnโt need to strain my neck when lying face down and it provided a more spa like experience at my own home.

โ โ โ โ โ Signed up for a 7 Days Postnatal massage after I delivered (aka very last minute). PNSG was very prompt in responding and was able to accommodate to my schedule. Thankful to be assigned Julia M170 as my masseur. She is professional, friendly and polite. She takes time to explain what she is doing and I really appreciate it! Great experience!

โ โ โ โ โ Despite the initial unhappiness with the appointment booking, they managed to resolve the matter quickly.
Silva, my assigned therapist, was very good at releasing the knots and tense spots about my body. Sheโs also able to apply strong pressure which is quite satisfying as this is where many therapists are lacking. Effective lactation massage helped to unclog some ducts and promote better flow. She also demonstrated how to give my baby a massage, which was thoroughly enjoyed much to my amusement. Iโm very pleased with the sessions indeed.

โ โ โ โ โ After reading good reviews, I decided to try the slimming&relaxation massage. My therapist is madam Julia. She is a pleasant lady and very professional. I'm happy that she ease my muscle tension. Though I don't think the slimming part is effective but I really enjoy my massage sessions as I feel relax and my body is recharge after each session.

โ โ โ โ โ I have only rated 4 of 5 stars as I was not fully satisfied during the initial phase where the arrangement of masseuse. Despite having discount given to me, I still think that there is room for improvement to make customer journey smoother.
As for my masseuse, Ally, she is always on time during all sessions, she is helpful as she accommodated to my changing of time request and shared her & other mummies experiences with me. I feel comfortable and relaxed during all the massage sessions. Thank you Ally.
