★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather convenient condominium that's very quiet. Near Bukit Gombak MRT, and right opposite the quarry little Guilin (now converted into a park). Management is also pretty good with what they are doing. Quite a fair bit of expats staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely condo. We lived there nearly about a year before moving abroad. Clean & neat, calm neighborhood, beautiful nature view, nice and helpful staff. Very close to MRT station and other facilities. I love this place, will definitely stay here again if we go back to the beautiful sunny island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is AMAZING but due to the current situation, its getting quite hot, especially if your balcony is facing the lake. Regardless, its pretty cool. Whats more is that the facilities are VERY well maintain, and the building is quite old, which means bigger house! However, the train.. keeps.. rattling...
