★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security guards are really friendly and the place is nice, but whats the point of having facilities that we cant use. Its been over 4 months since the basketball court is closed.. if the reasoning is that theres too many outsiders playing in the court then isnt the problem more on people sneaking in rather than the basketball court issue... I dont think its fair at all to shut off the basketball court as the people who are playing in the basketball court who arent really doing anything are also affected, especially for a long time at that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for a viewing. A nice peaceful condo compound along Bukit Batok East Ave 5, sitting between Little Guilin and Bukit Batok Nature Park. Both parks are just about 10 to 15 minutes stroll from this condominium. Plenty of fresh air. Love the open space and landscaping, feel like a walk in a park. Consist of 3 high rise tower of 29 storey each, far apart from one another. Spectacular view for mid to high floor units. Nearest train station is Bukit Gombak MRT.
