The location is pretty alright. But this development is full of rental units. You will hear renovation sounds very frequently. Also, Noma condo(see google maps) is still under construction, so good luck working from home during this period and be prepared to shut your windows and on aircon all day(more electricity cost). Renovation noise + Construction noise = Good luck working from home. Balcony is always full of dust due to constructions. No need to wash it, wait for rain to wash for you. There are about 250+ units here, mostly 1 bedder. So expect some noise pollutions from neighbours. Personal experience of unit beside party till 3am with loud musics. Weekend securities are pretty useless as they are part timers and don't know anything at all. Lastly, as we are reaching 5 - 6 years mark, do expect things in the unit like water heater to wear and tear like water leaking and such. The materials used in the units can tell that it's mainly for rental purpose. So do allocate some budget to share the cost of replacement and repairs with landlord. If you don't mind losing peace and some sleep over the noise pollutions, here will be a good place. Do check your units between monday to saturday between 10 - 5pm to have a feel of the construction noise. If you visit at night, there will be cars revving their engine along the main road and also the road below the development. On a side note, nice pool and some times can find algae the the corner of the pool :) Due to high number of units, recently about 3 units are diagnosed with Covid19 positive..

Very Rude old uncle security with worst attitude to contractors and residences.

Whoever designed the place and decided not to show which lift would bring you to the right apartments (so you don't have to walk one whole round) should be executed for crimes against humanity.

Impatient and rude security uncle. Reject entry despite having evidence of tenancy of the house. Due to forgetting to bring access key, scold instead of helping me.

Stayed here since 2019. Safe place and quiet neighbors plus near bus station and MRT
