★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience 1 year 2017 in La Brisa. Idiot people making noise, music and screaming during the night. There is no guard, management doesn't care at all. Crazy agent and crazy landlord, apartment was dirty and no maintenance. I was appointed by IRAS because landlord didn't pay property taxes. Low quality apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small scale condo with about 80 units. Relatively well maintained. Residents are not noisy and you don't see many strangers around. Pool is nice. A little small but probably due to its development size.
