โ โ โ โ โ Ordered 3 watches of the same model, however, was told a few days later that they are only able to commit to 1 of the 3 watches due to stock issues.
Was then asked if I mind waiting for 2 months for restocking, to which I agreed.
Then after 2 months upon my query, I was told that they will not be restocking this item.
They then offered me the replacement of another model.
Left with no choice I agreed.
Overall, the experience could be better, if they manage their order management system to reflect stock level properly and also take initiatives to keep customers informed instead of having me keep asking for updates.
This is my second experience buying from H2 and is slightly disappointed by the way they handle business, might not be buying from them again as there are other similar local watch retailers with competitive prices too.

โ โ โ โ โ Got the watch at a great discount!!! The watch was available online but I place the order via WhatsApp and went to their HQ to collect. It was a breeze transaction. The staff, Miss Roan was the one attended to me throughout. She was very efficient in attending to all my queries before my purchase through WhatsApp. H2 Hub prices at times are very competitive. You just need to know when is the best time to purchase.
