★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst residential community and management ever in H2O Fernvale."Volunteer Residents" making up the community in H2O are generally unfriendly, political and goes around harassing people to demand if they're living in the residential area so as to be allowed to use the facilities. This is the job of the security, not the "volunteer resident". You can't just let one resident checking on another. Management is also pretty clueless in managing trespassers and people mishandling the facilities equipment. This is an overall disappointment and bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully located by the Punggol Reservoir and near the Seletar Mall and with the LRT & Bus stop within short walking distance.It also has it's own amenities like swimming pool, gyms & function halls.The enviroment is quiet and peaceful, nice to live in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management despite so many changes. This feels like a jail that does not allow this and that with committee that are also very rough when announcing some displeasure over Facebook. With this ongoing virus situation they only issue 15visitor parking sheets a day for the whole property. Delivery for redmart and ntuc are also rejected and owners or tenants have to walk to guardhouse to pick up your own goods, how terrible is this?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very fine residential area. The pools (lap and recreational), gym, and the pond (yes, with kois) are all well maintained. The layout of units are well planned and are spacious. I felt like I was in a resort come night time because of the breeze near the lap pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful Condominium with nice neighbours. Directly linked to Layar LRT. Very convenient with amenities just across the road with supermarkets, retail shops and Coffeeshop. 5mins walk away to Seletar Mall and new Wet Market/Hawker Centre/Community Club will be ready in the next few months. Fernvale is a nice area. Have been living in Fernvale for the past 19 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained & friendly staff & security. MC & MA conducts regular weekly activities for the residents. Quite and nice place. Close to the waterways for a good jog. Facilities are not crowded even during peak hours.
