Alhamdulillah, this is our 1st experience performing Umrah. I believe it has been planned by Allah SWT for my family to choose Hahnemann. From the pre-flight arrangement to the end of the trip, it was conducted well. Alhamdulillah. I am proud to say that I pergi umrah ikut Hahnemann. ? I especially appreciate that the agency had provided two wonderful Ustaz - Ustaz Arifin and Ustaz Ishaq - whose patience and guidance we cannot ever repay. Not forgetting Hahnemann's kind gesture of engaging a lovely Ustazah to bring us into Raudhah efficiently. She ensured that everyone of us had an opportunity to solat 2 raka'at in Raudhah before gathering all of us once again to exit. Subhanallah, TabarakAllah! Good quality 5 star hotel in Makkah , Madinah and Cairo. Sumptuous food served as buffet spread breakfast thru dinner, sometimes made to order Pasta with a personal touch of Top International Chef makes us looks forward to social around while having delicious food at every meals. Service on the ground is the most fantastic and professional that I have experienced so far , as a matter of fact I have patronized many Umrah agency over the years, and personally I will rank Hahnemann as No 1 in my list. Guided us for 3 Umrah and many Ziarah. The most comprehensive , guided umrah I have experienced as most agency only do 1 Umrah. Highest level of satisfaction guaranteed. I did my Hajj 2019 with Hahnemann Travel. There were other several agencies but I decided to choose them. My experience is beyond expectation when I was there. A very organised Team from my departure to my return. To Ustaz Hisyam, his staff and family members who took good care of me and everyone. We stayed at the best hotels and everything that was described in details in itinerary was spot on. Our accommodation was tip top and we were also entertained through our trip. I would highly recommend Hahnemann for all religious and leisure tours if you are looking for a Muslim guide. Wishing all the best to the Team and I will definitely book through them again.

I am one of the 9 jemaah that were Tested Positive Covid in Abu Dhabi & were Quarantined. We were told by the Doctors that we will be discharged fr the Quarantine Isolation facility after 10 days, regardless of our condition positive or negative. We have to look for a new place to stay & have to arrange for our own PCR Tests until we are able to fly back with Etihad Airline. Etihad only allows 48 hrs after getting 2 Negative results. We seek Help fr Hahneman but they just kept quite & ignored our cry for help & advise, for 3 consecutive days. Hahneman has failed to provide us proper advise or solution, chose to keep quiet and failed to bring us back to Singapore. They are an experienced GSA travel agency yet, they have no proper plans to handle this Crisis. They have FAILED as an Organisation to assist their own Customers/Jemaah who have paid & given them the Trust / Amanah. We suggested and share with them our alternative plan but they just ignore it. 2 jemaah were already allowed to fly home as they were already Negative. We have 3 elderly jemaah who are still tested Positive and we cannot leave them behind as me & my wife are already Negative n could fly home. However on the 10th Days, all 7 jemaah decided to make our own initiative, go with our "alternative plan",  bought our own flight tickets and flew back home via Dubai on our National Carrier, SIA, without their knowledge. Alhamdulillah.
