★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Synwin has a huge variety of stringed instruments including chinese instruments. You are bound to find something you need there for your instrument, including accesories, sheet music, or repairs.
Love the attitude of 3 particular staffs there, as they were extremely polite, caring, and catered to all their customers well. One of them named Carrie, and another 2 elderly staffs whom I did not catch their names. (the bespectacled uncle who deals with violins, and the lady who tunes guzheng).
They helped me navigate through the array of violin choices and allowed me to try each violin out, with patience and kindness. I'm looking forward to purchase an upgraded violin from Synwin soon, and these staffs really made my day. Keep up the great work.
