Not my cup of tea.

If I could give 0 star I would have done so. For the past 6 months I already bought 2 hair systems (man toupee) from this store, unfortunately both are of very bad qualify, which didn’t even last for 1 month where the hair began to fall and I found hairs everywhere at home. First time when I went back the owner had to exchange for me as herself couldn’t deny such a bad quality one, even though she kept saying that’s normal. 2nd time just over the weekend I went back again as the system got same issue, she herself acknowledged that but kept saying she can’t control it and refused to exchange it for me yet let me wait in the store while she served other customers. As a result I had to leave without further arguing with her as I already know such an unreliable store would be very cheeky to push all responsibility to you. I explained the reason why I couldn’t come earlier becoz of Covid, she used that as a bloody excuse not changing the system, despite her admitting it’s of a quality issue. So I would recommend no one to go to this store as you might easily loose money, don’t get trapped and some more they are not cheap. All products ordered from China with low costs and as a price no quality !!! And most importantly No skills, no professions! Think twice before you go for it.
