★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One key difference Universal.sg provides, above what other agencies are doing, is accurate profile matching. Instead of inundating me with many profiles, they zoomed in on my needs and asked very detailed questions to get good matches for my family. Recommended if you are too busy to manage selection. Also, so Sophie and her team is professional to answer queries even on PH. Thank you.

She listened to the profile that I was looking for, shortlisted a few and helped to setup interviews efficiently and finally we found the right person within a short period. Our helper arrived a month ago and I couldn’t be more grateful to have her with us. So far our helper is very patient, kind and awesome cook too! All in all highly recommend Universal Agency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Universal did a good job shortlisting helpers according to the different criteria I gave them and then helping to arrange interviews with all of them.
After I had confirmed a helper, the agency proceeded to complete and submit the required paperwork including applying for a work permit for my chosen helper and partnering with a third party to book a thumbprint appointment (at a MOM centre) for her.
In addition to the above, Universal offers optional packages such as the "Post Arrival Food and Dormitory" package which includes transportation from the airport to their dormitory, transportation to a clinic (medical check-up) and finally transportation to their office where you are supposed to pick up your helper. I thought this was a great optional service so I opted for it and have no regrets.
Overall, I feel that the fee the agency charges is reasonable for the amount of work they do and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a helper.

My current helper also from Universal whom has worked for us for 4yrs was good too. She wants a change of environment.
