β β β β β My 1st and last visit to this place. I'm a easy person in principal but the owner (husband and wife are very arrogant and direct to customers) this might works to regular customer but to first time customer like me i'm offended.
what upset me most is the husband commented on my gray hair problem and during my 3.5 hrs in the shop what i see and hear is the couple way of asking customer asking to buy their hair products .. etc.

β β β β β Great service and price! I've done my rebonding here twice (June 2015 and June 2016) and results are lasting. The owners are really hands-on with the customers and understand the needs of the clients. I wish I would have found this salon on previous years as I do rebonding once a year. Highly recommended! :)

β β β β β Did my hair here a few months back and idk why im still hurt by their words. Hair is okay but one thing is there are some things u shouldnt share to your customers. Sharing about your daughterβs personal life to me is a incredibly great mistake. I was suffering in silence at that point of time. You guys(husband and wife) should not just know the skills but also know the personality of your customer. I was already gg thru a hard time at that point and yall just add salt to my wound omgosh jessus
