Thanks Ms Grace Hor for going the extra mile to adhere to my requests with good attitude and help me to determine the best treatment for me.
She would also explain to me politely when she applies something on my face during the facial treatment.
Grace and her team are always friendly and provided very good services for customers.

β β β β β I have been patronizing UCARA ever since my university days. Their services were excellent and they always come up with something new to improve the facial spa process. Everytime I been there it has always been a relaxing trip. Thanks to my beautician Anna, my skin condition improves tremendously especially after the acne breakout caused by the mask. She always put in 100% whenever I been there for my facia spa. As such, she will also recommend what kind of products that suits
my skin needs and it always work miraculously. I am really grateful to have her as my beautician and her bubbly nature never fails to make me laugh. Thanks Anna! :)

Iβm also using some of their products and they work pretty well for me. Appreciate that thereβs not much hard selling here as well ??

No regrets since then! My beautician has consistently delivered excellent service and genuine advices. She is also detailed in the extractions and I look forward to my facial every month. β β β β β I've been coming to UCARA for my facials for awhile now, and really enjoy the sessions. Grace is my go-to facial professional, who I find is really skilled at what she does (plus she's really sweet & patient too!) Love that she is very thorough with extraction (I've lots of clogged pores), yet it doesn't hurt like other outlets I've tried. I actually decided to sign-up for another facial package at a popular chain, but came back to UCARA for Grace's help to rescue my face ultimately. Thankful for all the tips/advice for skincare given during the sessions too! :)
