β β β β β brought my daughter here for a haircut. Wanted just about 4cm trim. She chopped off more than 4cm and before brushing out my daughter's curly hair. Tell me dont worry she know what she doing. Then she try to use comb on a curly hair, failed. So whenever she couldn't run the comb through, she just cut off the hair, say the hair not good. Causing the hair to be uneven so no choice had to try to even. She chopped off even more. From hair reaching the middle of my daughter's back, her hair is now shorter than shoulder length. 3 years of growing hair gone. Instead of apologising for messing up, she still can say, "see can still tie a small ponytail & can grow back". So damn unprofessional!!! Never going back here again. The lady doesn't know how to cut hair for nuts.

β β β β β Jason impressed me with his excellent customer care with my 1st visit. Came to touch up my roots. Totally thorough with proper treatment following the root touch up which even included free hair trim. As compared to other salon experience there was not an urgency to rush thru!
I was impressed enuf with their service to follow up a 2nd time. This time both Jason and Kristy took turns to attend to me. Was pleasantly surprised that the free trim with my root touch up was still part of my service.
Most importantly the products used. Organic and I did not have the usual sensitive reaction which I get from other salons after my treatment.
Thank you Jason n Kristy. Keep up the good work.

β β β β β Good customer service at friendly neighbourhood prices. The female hairstylist (I don't know her name) is professional and did a good job with my hair. I had a normal hair cut costing 15sgd. Would come back again because quality and service standards are good.

β β β β β The hair dresser damn pro, can tell you what style you want and then cut out damn superb. You must get Jason to wash your hair, his fingers damn smooth and the massage power~ wow~ somemore their hair colour damn power, instaworthy!

Payment wise can use nets and also pay now.
Plus there is a resident cat to play with!
To avoid long waits, it's best to call in to make an appointment.
