β β β β β Had been here for twice. The counter staffs are not friendly, but Dr Laura is a polite, humble and caring doctor. My go-to clinic since it's really near where I stay.

β β β β β After finish work, reach the clinic at 12.50pm today 23/04/2022 Sat. Counter staff inform registration close. Is there such things for registration close for clinic or healthcare before the closing time?
12.50pm is still early as I finished work early at 12.30pm and rush the hell there.. what is this?? The staff really need to be educated.

β β β β β It's a very good clinic. The nurses at the front desk are very patient and very nice. What's particularly commendable is the doctor Philip Ong Zheng Yang. He always smiles, has great affinity.and the price is also very cheap!

β β β β β While I greatly appreciate Dr Laura and she is my go-to family physician because she is patient and careful with medication, I am deeply disappointed today when I arrived at 240pm with a sick child and got turned away despite registration closing 15 mins before closure. I thought the counter nurse can be more empathetic instead of telling me there is a long waiting list and to go to a different clinic.
