Hence, whoever this HITOMI (FT) is sharing, I TRULY believe it MUST be one of those "paid" false reviews from closeby competitor. Never only read bad reviews give yourself a chance and experience the good service provided by HAIRSPEC. Keep it up team HAIRSPEC and continue your good job .
t	tim kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a hair loss person, I first came to them to solve my hair loss problems, instead many false promises were given but none was delivered. Promised some free services would be given but ended up nothing. Then I was given a wrong hair design, and they cut the hair piece so badly. The female team always like up-sell me something or try to hard sell. Also, noticed they like to use keyboard warriors to PRAISE them and talk bad about their competitors. This is not professional at all, instead they should focus to serve their customers from their hearts. I decided to leave HairSpec from 1st Aug. I think they know who I am.

I just like to share my experience, I was with Hair Spec until recently. I left for 3 reasons: 1) No privacy, most of the time I have to wait and sat with other clients in a room while waiting for my service, this is embarrassing! 2) Lots of hidden cost and they charged me for every items from touch up, treatment, hair trimming. Nothing is free, newcomer please be aware of this!!! 3) Price is not transparent, started with $1800, then $1500, then $1200... What is the true price? They seem to have high staff turnover... All stylists who served me have left.... I prefer a stylist who knows me well and stay for long.

Personally, I feel they are friendly than pushy. I see that some feel that waiting is an issue, so... don't be late for your appointment instead of criticism, cause I never had such issues. Well each has their own opinion, but for me they are good and even better compare to the one at TP.

I know you want business desperately but please do not lie to me that you and your competitor are under the same management just to get me in! I DID NOT not order any hairpiece from you, please do not say you have my hairpiece ready just tot get me in! Please do not use this to trick me to come to your place for hair service. This is pathetic, unethical, not professional! I may have been to your place earlier but I have chosen to go to another place now. So leave me alone ! To the readers: beware of them, beware of them using FT to give fake reviews. To the clients of HairSpec: think twice and hard before you write a review for them! Finally To HairSpec: No need to engage fake reviewers to condemn your competitors. Just be an honest, shame on you and your team!
