Been going to their eyelash salon for years and the attention to detail of the artists are incredible.

Really wished to love and support this place as I was thrilled they opened a branch in my area. After all, they have received good reviews from sponsored bloggers all over the internet. Never have I felt compelled to write about bad service. I barely have the time, and can usually find an excuse for the person/business and understand where they are coming from as it is not easy. Unfortunately I have to write this, to be fair to myself and others. I had first gone to their Mohamed Sultan branch some many years ago and was with various lash artists as I needed some pre wedding lashes done. Service was nothing to write home about. Now, I decided again during my pregnancy to have my lashes done. I opted and paid extra for NAO as I thought her reviews were great and she was the main face of the salon. Pros: Comfortable and clean looking Standard lash outcome that lasted a month Straightforward service Cons: No touch up appointments available due to staff constraints. Curt manner - nothing more than a forced smile. No concern about further comfort, and lash consultation was short. A dirty look when I asked about any customer discount cards, after which she handed me one. Is this fair? Were they wanting to extract extra pennies from me? I feel like I have been cursed and judged as a customer that they do not really want to see again, as I leave the door, for nothing else during the session had gone wrong at all. Perhaps I had pointed out unfairness in their withholding of customer card and there was a bitterness, looked fat from my pregnancy, or I was wearing simple attire coming from my home in between childminding. In the day and age of home based lash services this is the last time I will find myself enslaved to their "excellent lashes" with attitude. I hope that they can observe their manner to a fellow human being and hope they will not subject others to this sort of treatment in future. I wish them all the best in their growth and business.

Ladies, this is a place to go for your eyelash extension. The staffs are Japanese and they speak pretty fluent English, very helpful with all the consultation before you do your session, and they are very skilled in eyelash extension. Sting in your eyes will be very minimal in here and they are so gentle, in fact you won't feel your eyelash being extended coz they gently put on one by one strands of eyelashes

I have been to several eyelash parlours but now I only go to Graceous. The staff here are polite and professional. I love the lashes done by them. They don't drop off so easily unlike some at other places. They are soft and natural. Really beautiful.

Riri did my first set of lash extensions when i came the first time in 2019, can i just say she was NOT GENTLE? I've never felt tugging on my lashes during the application process? I thought japanese workmanship was supposed to be gentle, not the case here. RiRi was sick and coughing, blowing her nose during my appointment, She was wearing a mask and sanitised her hands and all but it was just not appealing especially since it was my first visit and all the raving reviews. Overall, Graceous is worth it if you've the money to blow on expensive and natural looking lash extensions but I don't think its worth it just because of japanese workmanship. Their staff are not that friendly, well at least RiRi. I really wonder if they treat their influencers much differently compared to regular PAYING customers, I'm not impressed, especially given such high prices.

The staff of Graceous are extremely friendly and skilled. The technique that they follow are very gentle on my natural lashes, so I felt assured with the procedure. This place is amazing xx I highly recommend it to all the beautiful ladies out there looking for a Lash parlour ❤️
