Friendly and accomodating staff at the counters. The Haj guide leaders are responsible and amanah. Highly recommended.

I found that the management was poor. Due to this, checking in at Jeddah airport was chaotic because no instructions were given and the tour guide ended up getting upset. That showed lack of professionalism on their part. If old buses are used, the possibility of the bus breaking down would definitely be higher, and we were really unfortunate to have our old bus with its unpleasant smell break down while on our way to the airport in Jordan. Our tour guide brought us to shops that sold souvenirs which cost double the cost of those at normal shopping centres, and the food which were supposed to be international food were all Middle Eastern. I hope this feedback would help Halijah Travels to improve for the benefit of future customers.

Alhamdulliah I was invited to perform my hajj this year. Although I was not in the best of health, Allah have eased my journey thru out. This will not be possible without the assistance of your dedicated staff and officials. They are very calm, compose and helpful. Most importantly, they are very patience and able to attend to all queries and provide assistance promptly. Congratulations for having such dedicated team. These good services are also projected by your ground staff, Ms Saidah, even before my departures. During the haj journey, all itineraries and queries are delivered and answered promptly via our chat group created by our group leaders Hj Amin and Hjh Suratmi. Even the dua books are available for download into our respective mobile. This is so handy and I am still using them while travelling to and from work now. I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hjh Suratmi and a few jemaahs of 1 incidence. They have come to my rescue when I was in a state of unconscious after the stoning. This is so unexpected but I do not encounter any state of chaos or discomfort. Everything seems to fall so nicely and they have pushed me to safety till I reached Sisha. The buses for all our transportation are new and clean and that makes long distance travel a comfort. Every umrah/ ziarah trip are accompanied with Ustaz who also delivers tazkirah on board. It is so heartwarming and soul-searching. Thank you Halijah Travels for providing exceptional service and making my hajj journey so fulfilling and memorable. My first experience came with some hiccups, i learnt its not the agency but in the leadership qualities of the in charge showing us the way..However my 2nd experience was fantastic. Looking forward to my 3rd in year 2022. In sha allah.

They provide good services in terms of package for haj and umrah. Always willing to listen to customers needs and problems before and during the trip. They provide Malay and English haj and umrah courses.
