★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirmed delivery and was polite and reasonable. In day of move, came to my house, threw a fit and stormed out without giving any reason - leaving me high and dry. I had to step out for a personal emergency and by the time I came back 15 minutes after the scheduled time, he had already shouted at my mother and stormed out. Seems to be a disturbed individual and would suggest people exercise caution using him.
