★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to try Hankook for the first time. Salesgirl only interested to sell the higher end tyres. She didnt bother to listen to customer's needs. Too bad, I landed buying an European brand. No wonder there's no customers in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with this team. Been coming here for the last 9 years and 4 cars. Always honest pricing. Love their open and transparent service. I just had my 4 rims and new tyres done. Even though they're promoting Hankook Tyres they respected my personal choice to go for Pirelli and ordered it in for me.
Will continue to come here ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This placed moved from the front of blk 184 to the back near the manual car wash. Been a member twice believe it or not and NEVER learnt my lesson. Just be wary of sales pitch, I signed up for tyre package (Apollo tyres) but subsequently wanted to make an appointment for service package but "They" took 2 whole days to get back to me! Nevermind that......when they did finally make contact the excuse was "very busy", quoted me for package then no reply again. I asked whether this was "Chong" (remembered the sales lady's name), as I wanted to personalise my next visit.....but again no reply......will not get "sucked" in again!
Just beware peeps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just gotten my outlander serviced here. Mechanics are friendly and super fast. No hard selling and no push to change parts. Price is reasonable and service time is fast. Go on weekdays and you can be done in less than an hour! Good job guys!

And before I exited my car, a nice lady assumed to be the customer service brought me into the waiting area ensuring my comfort. This is my first time at woodlands outlet and I was very impressed.
