★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working out of this location for almost 3 years. This place has a nice cafe. Lots of food options nearby. close to bus stop and 5-7 minutes walk to down town line and east west line Expo MRT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and good place to work..There are nearby restaurants, food court... Bus and MRT connectivity is good although we have to walk at least 800m to reach MRT.

Landlord should revise the cost as it’s not a town area.
Lift lobby is locked and bad for disabled people who park in this building.
