Good location and pricing of units.. but Too many cars parked in the building by car rentals.

Most of the time we visited randomly,look around is there any MW hang around with beer,without exit pass.

Shame on parking! Entered 4.42 pm and exited 5.10pm and got charged 3++ because 3 dollar flat charge from 5pm what a intelligent way to rob ppl. Vehicles entering at 5pm or after being charged 3 dollars is understandable but those enter before 5pm should get 1 hour grace period and charge flat 3 only from 6pm , until 6pm it should be only 15 minutes based charges. Building management should pay attention to this seriously Paying 3 dollar for 10 minutes is not justified for middle class ppl

The place improve not much COVID-19 some were recover, a couple of weeks, If someone uncomfortable with your health or doubt just isolation for just 72 hours, nonetheless, stay vigilant, wear mask, sosial distance

Don't bother coming to Paya Ubi. Totally no parking.. its all storage and parking for car repair shops especially certain. Check out the CCTV they are monitoring the cars stored at parking lots and along the drive ways.
