Great and cozy place, felt great and very relaxed after the massage. Prices are reasonable and the staff are not pushy about packages at all.

This is my first feedback for the massage service that was just rendered to me!The service and attitude of Alvin is very bad. U’ll feel nth when u do the massage like he just touch ur foot only,he keep press the same position never massage the lower leg,The face keep looking at outside never focus ,after finished 40min foot massage,(I will let him finished the timing as I went with my friend I don want to spoil the mood) he told me that you want sit on stool or another chair do the back (I still thinking it he say that “听不懂吗”,Not only the massage is not comfortable flare up at me and see angry with me!

Very unique experience. Therapists are experienced and professional, foot reflexology was good and relaxing. They also provide you with many amenities such as iPad, charger and even a pull-out table which I find very special. Definitely worth visiting.

Me and my wife walked in this afternoon..The lady massuer who attended to me very experienced and have a good skill. Affordable price, clean and nice place. Will come back again.

Unpleasant experience for us. Female Massues is not professional. She asked me how’s the pressure, i replied to request more pressure as i only feel like she’s applying lotion on my feet. She replied with ‘more pressure doesnt mean is good for me’. Then why bother asking if she will do nothing about it. She keep on talking to colleague while massaging. Also did not wear mask as per the safety measure. When prompted she replied that the job is very tiring and it’s warm in the premise so she is wearing it on and off to avoid sweating on the masked area. Will not come back anymore.

Terrible massage done by the female massue and it was not enjoyable at all!! When I asked for stronger pressure, she said strong pressure is not good for me. Basically she just don’t want to put effort on massage. And her massage skill was terrible as well. Cannot hit the trigger point at all. And for sensitive part like front of the thigh, she will massage it with her elbow. Basically, she doesn’t have the knowledge and skill about massage. Only good at talking and pretend to know how to massage. She will even use her handphone during massage saying that it’s for work purpose. Isn’t her work is to massage??! ? I have had many massages done before and this was way below average. It’s such a waste of money to have massage done here! I left with even more angry & stiff muscles!!

Came to know this place through their Instagram advertisement. Been regularly visiting since December as after a few rounds of trial and error my partner and I found a therapist we each like and service was excellent. When we arrive the receptionist will remember us, the time of our booking and specific request for our choice therapist. However over the past month, the service has plunged. Our usual receptionist apparently moved to their new branch at Northpoint. We always strive to be on time for our massage but when we reached, a new receptionist told us that we’ll have to wait for an hour as the earlier appointments were late (The shop was empty except for one customer who my requested therapist was doing massage for) which is a strange way to manage your schedule given I always give a heads up for my choice of therapist and they’ll confirm his availability. I dismissed it as a one off event, maybe this customer who appeared to just start since we had to wait an hour also requested for my usual therapist too. The receptionist couldn’t provide us with a resolution except to step out to be on her phone (maybe to management?) as we corresponded thereafter and they offered a 25% discount instead of the usual 20%. We made our way down again 2 weeks later and AGAIN, the same situation, we were told to wait an hour when we agreed on the time and specific therapist. This time, the same new receptionist was also again lost for words, without provided any service recovery. They probably cannot manage their appointments and have accepted that so didn’t offer any other solution. The clueless receptionist said she has no idea who does the scheduling. It’s a shame, will not be back again.

I was looking for a suitable place to go for regular massage when I chanced upon their promotion Facebook. Overall experience was good, therapist used sufficient pressure and I enjoyed the massage thoroughly. Brought my partner along when I went there again today and he enjoyed it as well. Recommend to anyone looking for good, affordable massage.
