Not as good as what I see in their advertisement. I went today and the masseuse while massaging, he is using phone with one hand. I heard he used his phone a few times messaging and one hand paused there not moving! ? I don’t feel released after the whole session.

I couldnt be more satisfied with their massage even thought I just got a 40 min foot massage and a 10 min back massage every part and portion they pressed are very legit..the lady that gave me the massage was named wendy. While she was massaging she explained to me which part was the most stiff and which part of the organs it leads to when pressing the foot.. Even though some point of time she kept trying to sell me more than what I want I won't blame it on them as who wouldn't wanna earn more... Now that i know they are really the legit kind with good hands and fingers that will make sure u are comftable and stiff-less I wouldn't mind paying more for any other massage available... FIVE STARS TO THEM!

Edit: Reply to BZT response - Dear BZT, I think you have missed the main point of the review/ feedback, which is pertaining to the questionable sales and service tactics/ standards demonstrated by your staff. Google review seekers would be interested to know of the persistent and sly ways in which additional charged services are being pushed to customers and not in an upfront nor transparent manner, which results in a highly annoying experience, be it from having to foot a higher than expected and agreed bill at the end, or if not, the need to repeatedly reject sales advances during an experience that should have been, at its worst, mostly quiet, peaceful, and not requiring planning or thought. Googlers would also be interested to refer to other similar feedback pertaining to excessive talking and/ or pushing by your staff for additional services. As for your attempt to discredit other honest gua sha practitioners in your reply by implying none but your establishment had provided me with the 'right' experience, you may wish to know that I have gone for many massages and treatments including gua sha and can discern the difference between pains, aches, forceful but proper treatment, versus having my skin being abraded off by incessant scraping i.e. the case of my gua sha experience at BZT. To reiterate, I had verbally told off the masseuse at a few points that her forcefulness was in fact too painful and far from normal, only to be completely disregarded. I'd think that as a service provider, at your worst, there should have been some response or adjustment to any customer feedback of discomfort and pain, which unfortunately did not seem to be intuitive to your staff. Again, the point here is missed, based on your reply - putting aside our disagreement on what gua sha should feel, on my very own back, the lack of receptiveness to feedback is nothing short of appalling. Original: Massage was objectively okay, tho too overpowering at times despite this being surfaced verbally to the masseuse several times. Masseuse was pushy and not particularly upfront in regard to the additional services and charges - she eventually persuaded me to agree to have a type of massage oil applied, and only shared after agreement that said oil would fetch an additional $10 charge (I had presumed that as with most places, massage oil would not come with additional charges). Was aggressively asked a few times to accept gua sha despite having clearly said no - relented eventually and was then charged an additional $15 for this. The gua sha experiece was quite traumatic as it was quite painful, felt as tho the skin was being abraded, and was very unlike my other gua sha experiences that were more relieving than burning. Despite this being surfaced again, masseuse made no effort to adjust the strength. All in all, masseuse talked too much, used too much force mostly, and the overall experience was quite unsettling and not at all relaxing.

Booked ε‘¨εΈˆηˆΆ for ζ£ιͺ¨ BUT end up with another master as I never met ε‘¨εΈˆηˆΆ before don’t know how he looks like and when I reached, staffs began to murmur and was brought in by ANOTHER master (I thought was ε‘¨εΈˆηˆΆ). Seriously this master was so unprofessional single hand massage (paused and massage), rant about life, single hand holding his phone, phone placed beside my head, forced me to do $15 cupping which I said I did last week he still insist! He just twisted my back left and right that’s all. Oh come on. Spent $68+$15 on this?

THE worst massage in a long long while Used to frequent BZT every 3~4 weeks to ease the muscle pain, the masseuse there really have been doing great jobs. However, today's experience threw me off my chair. The masseuse basically just use the fingers to nibble the skin without any pressure 80% of time. Request of applying more strength met with 2 minutes of improvement, and back to the same. The other 20%? she used elbows, but all at the wrong place! BZT, i know your business is good, and need more masseuse. But pls provide them basic trainings to make your return customers return.

I had a sudden lower back pain and throughout the day it got worse and I couldn't walk by evening time. My husband found BZT and made an appointment at 910pm. Master Lei tended to me. He knew the trouble spots and did massages, cracked something and cupping. I felt better after the session. At least I can walk now. Hopefully with more rest I can resume work soon. Was told by Master Lei to see him again after a week. I wish there was someone there who can translate what Master Lei said into English.

A reservation is required as they tend to be fully booked even on a weekday! The masters there were really good, he was able to notice my different bad habits and postures l. He helped me adjust my bones back to its place. The massage was intense and really pain at the start, however, as he continued pressing the pain subsided. I was really sore for the next few days but I guess it means the massage is really effective. Super recommend to try their ζ£ιͺ¨
