★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a few new stalls setup. The fried porridge & mee sua stall offerings are quite interesting. Nice high ceiling with good ventilation. Good for nice afternoon weekday lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update as of 2nd April 2022: mala stall & mookata stalls had closed down. A nice addition of Western food stall Chick & Grill with friendly service & decent food quality although I found the pasta abit too oily & peppery for my liking. An upcoming ban mian stall is said to be opening soon - stay tuned for more updates!
Stumbled upon this relatively new coffee shop at T-space. Very well ventilated with a nice variety of food. I had ordered Mala hotpot and pork rib soup from 2 different stalls. Yong tau foo was also quite good. Service from all 3 stalls were excellent - They seemed to live up to the name of the coffee shop: HAPPY HAWKERS! Hehehe… Highly recommended to try food from all the stalls - not forgetting the famous fried porridge stall which seems to have a never ending queue for its dishes.
