Went down to see the couch he listed in late Dec. Francis made the viewing experience just awesome. Giving you time to look around, sit around and try the recliners. Showing me alternatives and sharing about the material choices. Gave us good advice since we have a lot of pets at home. And he doesn't hard sell so no pressure at all. It felt like he was just happy to share the different products.
The next day, we decided to get a 3 seater recliner from him. First time seeing a 3 seater recliner that all 3 seats can recliner as its a push back type. Paid a deposit and he estimated the delivery date to be 25/1 just before CNY. It was a made to order so we were willing to wait. For Covid standards, a 1 mth wait was much shorter than what we expected.
As promised, my recliner sofa was delivered in good condition today.
Would highly recommend checking out Happy Home Furnishing if you are looking for furniture! :)
