Very cordial pet groomers and reasonable price

Website say PETS grooming. But they dont do for cats. Might as well change the name to Happy Dog Grooming.

This a very small shop. There are now many pets. Only 2 or 3 parrots. The owner is just like a small boy n wonder if he is an expert in grooming pets. Beside the shop is a coffee shop and also McDonald shop. Kust turn arou d the corner is the 4D n toto shop just next to the Chinese incense shop. This coffee shop selling cheap carrot cakes w huge serving portion. In the afternoon you can get popiah cos the stall co-share with the fried bee hoon un the morning.

Always bring my dog here for grooming and for buying dog food. Very nice and friendly owners. Thoroughly groomed and cleaned my dog.

Owners are the nicest groomers I've ever met. They provide the best service and flexible to arrange according to my schedule. They provide transport service too at a small fee. Highly recommended!

They dont even deserve 1 star for hurting my poor puppy! Ken was more concern about defending himself rather than being concerned of how badly he handled my pup to the point my pup was limping after cutting his nails too deep that it bled. Take note not just 1 nail but afew. If u are a true dog lover, avoid this place at all cost. Lousy service and would never recommend anyone to go there. To say that my 1 year old maltese puppy was biting, it was probably because he was in that much pain. I have never had this issue. I was standing outside the entire time watching, he started struggling only after cutting his first nail, which shows that it was because he was in pain. And according to Ken, dogs nails are meant to be cut deeper. DEFINITELY not until the point of bleeding! These groomers are more concern about covering themselves and pushing the blame than owning up to responsibilities. Ive uploaded pictures for you guys to see. My poor puppy will never be visiting these atrocious groomers again.

Groomer refused to listen properly end up dog suffer. When into argument they thought behind nobody in the house as witness BUT they are wrong. Witness already standing there and listen to what they refuse to admit. 1star for this groomer BECAUSE they did a good job to my dog with many “cuts” around paws area. Pushing blame does not solve problem. A mindset if something is wrong Groomer should call and asked before job start. Not when job end and push all the blames to Owner. P/S: a phone number for clearer pushing blames. Anyway can't be save for a pet fur being shaved. Thank you to you as my dog wont need a grooming for quite sometime and also will be saving quite a big amount of shampoo weekly.
