In fact, there was this one time when an item I wanted was out of stock and they offered me a variety of alternatives as well as a refund if I preferred. When I picked a more expensive alternative, not only did they come back quickly to confirm its availability, they also refused my offer to top up my payment. I am definitely a customer for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do agree with everyone that Kohepets are very efficient with their delivery. And I do appreciate they gave me a voucher to offset my delivery charges. However, I did not know that the products(chews) are in big sizes when I order max as it was not clear to me to understand. And I find the chews are too hard for my dog. I don't know what to do with them.
