Have changed a couple of salon previously before I found Zoe here and have stayed with her ever since for the past ~4 years! A really nice place with great service (all staff) and ambience. I always let Zoe design my hairstyle as she likes and she will change my hairstyle once in a while but it always looks so good. She is attentive and will do some changes to my hairstyle if she notices that I have problems styling that hairstyle as it gets long. She knows what I want and I always feel my hair is in good hands with her. Also, She is very chatty and friendly and we can talk anything under the sun like a good friend. A haircut trip here is never just a haircut but an experience package. Try it yourself to know. Definitely a recommended place!

Once again a fantastic experience at Harts. Have tried both Jackson as well as Karl and both have always been great in terms of advise for a suitable hairstyle, color and treatment. Both are always patient in listening to what I want and then proceeding to advise what would suit my lifestyle and hair type and skin color. What I also find refreshing at Harts is that the appointment scheduling is good and the stylists are really considerate of your time. You won’t need to worry about waiting around or wasting time in between services. For the same services, I can take a whole day at other salons but at Harts, it’s half the amount of time. I’ve been patronizing Harts for at least 2-3 years now and will continue to do so ☺️

Hi I’ll like express my satisfaction with Harts salon’s great service! Big thanks to Mr Karl who suggested the most suitable color & I love the hair cut today! Whole experience is very relax because I know I’m in good hand! All staff was friendly & very patient, my previous hair color done by Mr Jackson, I’m glad to meet more than one great hairstylist in same salon! Look forward to my next visit!

The first time I had my hair colored by Noel was 6 years ago. It won so many praises from family and friends, even my husband thought it suited me very well. I had tried other salons which had more competitive pricing but ultimately, their experience, skills and technique pales in comparison to Noel’s. A critical trait he possesses is the patience to listen and understand what the customer wants and effectively communicate and provide suitable recommendations. Then, the choice is yours to make. After today, he is still the best stylist I had my hair done by. Keep up the great job, Noel and team!

it was my first experience at HARTS but it will definitely not be my last. special thanks to Zoe for providing appropriate recommendations during our consultation since it was my first time dyeing my hair. she definitely made the experience a very comfortable one as she chatted with me. thank you HARTS and team. happy with the result and would recommend friends to get their hair done here due to the great service. also, liked how transparent HARTS is with their pricing as their price list is listed on their website and Zoe also calculated the price before getting started to make sure that i'm okay with it. thank you! would go back again when i need to retouch my hair.

Its my first time at Harts and I was a bit worried and nervous of how the session will turn out at first. However, it turn out great! I would like to thank Stylist Den and his female assistant for my session today! Den did a great job with my cut + colour and treatment ? Told him my concerns and he suggested a dark brown colour as the base and light brown for the highlights and the overall result is really pretty ?? He was really patient and nice throughout the whole session as well which make me felt really at ease and comfortable. Plus point: Love how transparent Harts are for their pricing and they will actually calculate it for you before your session! This is really rare as compared to other salons! Really minus off the feeling of being shock by the price after the session. Though its quite near to CNY and they are usually busy during this period (same as other salons) but I have to say their service is good. Keep up the good work Harts team! ? Definitely will recommend Harts to my friends and I look forward to my next visit ?

Had a pleasant experience by Zoe and a lady (forgot to ask for her name). Really love how my hair turned out and I love the length of my haircut and the colours used to achieve the non-bleached highlights. Both were really patient and nice and I will definitely come back again!
