★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a 5-digit 50% payment and did/could not deliver. Given multiple contact points to which they've all ignored our efforts to contact them. Went to their office at oxley bizhub and found out there's nobody or any signage there. Been told by the other occupants that they haven't been to the office for a long time now. In the midst of trying to contact them but we're waiting about a week per reply. The managing director blatantly ignores the messages on whatsapp even though the status shows that he's online. Accounts manager and project manager which were in-charged of our project both resigned and there was no handover. The few rare times we were able to get a reply, they mentioned that they were indeed waiting for us? when there's been no contact from their new project-in-charge, if there's any at all
